Case Study Concept

Le Chique Boutique — an editorial fashion webshop.

A NOVARINT concept for a Dutch-French boutique that sells fashion the way couture houses present it — with a broadcast-quality virtual runway as the hero, not a hero image. Editorial typography, live-show overlays, WebGL craft. Built to be licensed, adapted, or taken to production in weeks.

The opportunity

Premium fashion sold online is a photography problem pretending to be a technology problem. Most boutique webshops lead with a hero image and a product grid — the same formula as a kitchenware store. The brand moment is lost before the customer sees the clothes.

Le Chique Boutique is the answer we build when a client tells us: “We want the website to feel like the show.”

What we designed

An editorial hero experience that replaces the static banner with a live-broadcast virtual runway. A rotating cast of walking models cycles through curated looks, each announced with paparazzi flash, broadcast overlays and atelier typography — while the real product catalogue sits directly below, uncompromised.

Why this works for fashion

A product grid is a shop. A runway is a brand. The first-screen moment decides whether a visitor sees this as another clothing store or as an atelier they want to belong to. By keeping the grid directly below the runway, we buy the emotional attention without trading away conversion — the Buy call-to-action is never more than one scroll away.

The runway is interactive, but the page is still fully indexable. Structured data includes Organization / ClothingStore, WebPage, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage and CreativeWork — the same depth we ship on novarint.com, so the page is quotable by Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini from day one.
